Product Design, Prototyping & Testing

We are experienced. We know lasting solutions should satisfy a particular business unit without negatively impacting another. We anticipate the effect of a solution across multiple business units and design according to the need of your company as a whole. During the Product Design phase, we use this knowledge along with our thirst for innovation to combine proven concepts with leading-edge technologies. We provide world class structural design, in-house graphic design, 3D printed prototypes and renderings, and and ISTA level certified lab tests.

Manufacturer Management

We approach material selection from the viewpoint of what is best for our customers, balancing creativity with manufacturing practicality. To provide the most appropriate solution to each project, we draw upon our expertise across 16 different sub-commodities instead of pushing one type of material over another. Further, we leverage our manufacturing partners to provide leading edge technologies and much so more.

To guarantee supply chain integrity, we rely on multiple methods of redundancy for warehousing and transportation. Supply chain integrity is paramount in ensuring operational consistency for critical business functions. By utilizing extensive disaster recovery planning, coupled with our external inventory management system, we ensure customers have a consistent supply of materials; helping avoid lost production time and revenue. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning: our network of external warehouses allows us to offer warehouse redundancy and create an opportunity to reduce costs by storing materials in our external warehouses vs. utilizing valuable space at the customer location.
Transportation & Delivery: our physical transportation network provides for inter-modal and point to point shipping from full truck loads to individual hot shot shipments both domestically and internationally. Another way we ensure supply chain integrity is by providing multiple delivery frequency options, and most importantly, time sensitive shipping options such as JIT shipping as well as after-hours/holiday shipping services.

Material Handling & Quality Assurance

Our operations team consistently provides dependable and excellence-driven services that include handling thousands of deliveries every year through our on-site receiving teams; facilitating dock-level quality assurance and managing the internal flow of materials. This allows Precision to drive industry leading conformance and KPI standards, freeing up your company to do what it does best while we keep your operation running smoothly.

Inventory Control & Forensic Analysis

We recognizes the value in understanding your product consumption and related inventory. As such, we have heavily invested in building proprietary analysis software. We leverage near real-time control over thousands of SKUs by continuous monitoring of your consumption patterns, predictive exception notification, analysis of historical trends and then marry it together for precise forecasting. This results in streamlined inventories with ultimate control eliminating down-time and hidden costs.

End-of-Life Management

As a natural part of the life-cycle, projects are often replaced or enhanced due to new branding/structural requirements or, next generation product development. We specialize in product transition management from your previous solution to the next generation while minimizing cost in E&O (excess and obsolete) inventory.
